Full Disclosure was established to combine the skills and experiences of a group of highly motivated researchers and analysts. Our strength is drawn from our diverse national backgrounds and our rich experience developed in the fields of business, academia and journalism.
Full Disclosure was founded by Aynur Adiller who has for many years enjoyed success as a subcontracted provider of due diligence services for a major multinational risk consultancy, a US boutique consultancy and, unusually, as an individual provider subcontracted to a UK-headquartered investment bank. Full Disclosure's current clients also include one of the world's biggest accounting networks and one of its most trusted global information firms.
Aynur has delivered numerous investigative due diligence projects and provided strategic research-based assessments for investment management firms, including hedge funds, prior to high-value capital markets transactions and market-entry decisions. She has also provided investigative research and analysis support in a number of international commercial arbitration cases, including one of the biggest in history. She has led numerous highly sensitive multi-jurisdiction investigations, including at critical moments such as the aftermath of financial crimes that had a significant impact on the banking system.
Aynur has received the highest praise from demanding financial services clients, some of whom have shared her work with other institutions in order to help build stronger protection against fraud in the financial sector. She has also been a sought-after investigator in a number of asset-tracing cases and major investigations of sanction breaches. She is a highly experienced and trusted professional in the investigative due diligence sector, working to the highest standards of confidentiality. Aynur oversees all of Full Disclosure’s investigative due diligence output, guaranteeing the high quality of this work.
Aynur studied journalism in Turkey and gained an MSc in the History of International Relations from the London School of Economics. She has produced hundreds of due diligence reports on subjects in dozens of countries. Additionally, as a business journalist, she has interviewed executives in over 200 companies and published numerous articles. She has worked in Turkey, Italy and South Korea, is fluent in English and Turkish and has a working knowledge of Italian and French. She lives in the UK.
Witnessing the growing demand for due diligence research of the highest quality, she made use of her personal expertise and network of contacts to bring together the team of consultants who make up Full Disclosure.
Knowing that our clients operate in extremely competitive business areas, all members of the Full Disclosure team work to ensure we live up to the standards of excellence they demand. We spare no effort in constantly expanding our knowledge of specialist areas and in keeping fully abreast of compliance legislation and regulations.
